Let me introduce you to my sis-in-law (bhabhi), Mansi, who lives in the USA (yes, she's the one who got that gorgeous Sephora by OPI nail polish collection for me). Mansi has an awesome collection of makeup, fragrances and body care and consisting mainly of brands that I love and lust after. Valentine's Day is right around the corner now. So I thought I would pick some goodies which would complement the occasion. I was organizing my cabinet and found some VS goodies, just in time for the Valentine's Day J. I am in love with the VS body lotions/creams. The ones I am going to show here made me fall in love all over again. I put it on last night before going to the bed and the hubby surely noticed the nice fragrance ;).

Honeysuckle and jasmine from the Secret Charm collection

It is freezing cold here (snowing outside) and this body cream kept my skin hydrated for 24 hrs. And when the husband asks you what are you wearing tonight then it indeed is a sexy sensation ;)

Brazilian orchid and kiwi from the Lost in Fantasy collection
Lost in Fantasy from the Secret Garden collection is an irresistible blend of passion fruit and Brazilian orchid. I didn't like this one as much as the honeysuckle and jasmine. But if you like fruity fragrance then this is very nice one. It does make you skin feel smooth and silky.

Cherry blossom and peach from the Love Spell
In my hidden treasure I found the body scrub from this collection. This is what it says on the bottle: "A flirty, floral fragrance. Hypnotize in Love Spell, a vibrant, irresistible blend of lush cherry blossom and juicy peach. Experience the luxury of fragrant cleansing. Dual-action sugar scrub gently exfoliates as it purifies". Its fine sugar crystals are perfect exfoliators. "Love Spell" is the perfect name for this scent; it's alluring and mysterious yet fresh and sweet, long lasting and not overpowering. I also had the body butter from this collection and I loved the fragrance so much that once I opened that container, I didn't use anything else till this got over.

DeleteI just love VS lotions and fragrances.. have you also tried bath and body works..that's my favourite..they don't make like these in india :(
ReplyDeleteYup, I like VS collection more that the BBW. In US they have so many offers going on all the time that it is hard to resist. Everytime I go past these shops, I end up buying stuff.

Thanks Niesha. But am a Phd (engineer), working full time and taking care of a kiddo and house hold here. Don't get much time to read or write the blogs. My love is painting. But seeing Dollie's blog I get more tempted to buy stuff now :)
